QUALITY PREPARATION FOR THE OLYMPIAD - OF STUDENTS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO SUPPORT INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL

Abstract

The article describes the tasks of subject Olympiads held on a permanent basis in Kazakhstan. The analysis and generalization of various Olympiads that are held in the Republic is carried out in our Republic. There is a systematic approach to work with gifted children, and the lack of specific programs. The absence of special organizations that monitor the quality of subject Olympiads, analyzes the results of final certification, also negatively affects the quality of the Olympiad. As they say, talented young people in ordinary schools, especially children with disabilities, are ignored during the Olympics.Noting the best practices of some schools in preparing for the Olympics, Kazakhstan noted the current issues of preparing the Olympic reserve in the secondary education system.
