Abstract

Kazakh literature abroad also contributes to the development of Kazakh literature. One of the unspoiled branches of Kazakh literature is the literature of the Kazakhs of Mongolia. Many Kazakh writers, who live far from their homeland, add to the fund of our original literature a lot of poems and literary works full of nostalgia for the country and the land. Although Kazakh literature abroad is still the basis of some research, the issue of teaching the works of Kazakh writers in Mongolia has not been widely studied. The article discusses effective methods of teaching poetry by Kazakh writers in Mongolia. Examples are given in the works of Suragan Rakhmetuly and Bait Kabanuly as representatives of modern Kazakh literature in Mongolia. The article, written as one of the first steps in the study of the works of these writers as a special course in local universities, suggests the teaching of poetry in several ways.
