In this article, the main direction is the current level of the formation of society, closely related to such scientific problems as the physical development and health of pupils. Such a policy of social and financial development affects the development of adolescents, which leads to deep changes in their internal, psychological and physical health. Physical training of pupils in a state of psycho-emotional activity shows us the ways of the most qualitative and practical reflection of the essence of physical health and the conditions for ensuring the physical activity of the body of adolescents, including the state of the cardiovascular system, psycho-emotional state and physical activity.
