Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological mechanisms that contribute to the development of stress resilience and creative potential in adolescents as key components of an individual’s anti-corruption culture (ACC). The study was conducted within the framework of the grant project of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2025–2027), AP26194077 «Developing Resilience as a Foundation for Anti-Corruption Culture among Education Workers». The paper presents an adapted version of the author’s methodology – «Izdenis» - designed to enhance adolescents’ creative potential and reduce anxiety levels. The research sample included 164 students aged 15–16 from secondary schools in the Almaty region. The results of the experiment demonstrated that the use of projective techniques contributes to the development of self-regulation, positive thinking, and stress resistance. The psychological model of developing stress resilience and creativity is considered as an effective tool for fostering anti-corruption stability in the individual.
