There is a vital need to make research in middle age Turkic history, due to the censorship and lack of opportunities in making research during the Soviet period. The central Asian region is divided according to its ethnic structure, and geographical, economic, and cultural features.
The Sırderya is one of the most important regions in Central Asia. It´s a place where people began living in ancient times. Seyhun and Ceyhun rivers were regarded as a heart of Central Asia. It was remarked by the middle age sources, that the Sırderya region was one of the centers of ancient cultures and old civilizations. According to Togan´s description, it was a place where not only the settled Turkis people “Kent Turkleri" lived, but also there the different cultures and ethnics were assimilated. (came together) Before analyzing Central Asia´s ethical situation, it will be useful to learn the Sırderya region´s middle age ethical structure
